The US Treasury accused Brigadier Al-Hassan Abkar, the leader in the National Army, of “facilitating al-Qaeda operation” in the Arabian Peninsula and collaborating with the other “facilitator”, Al-Baydha Governor Nayef al-Qaisi as well as working with Al-Qaisi to gather members of the organization to support armed operations against Houthi rebels!
Returning to the reasons and circumstances of the charges issue and the period of time, we find that these charges are fully consistent with Houthi speeches and information leaked by the Committee of Hassan Zaid and his other colleagues who work as informants at the US Embassy in Yemen. In other words, these accusations were taken from a terrorist group that was resisted by Brigadier Abkar when they came to occupy his province and blow up his house, the organization that is hostile against Abkar and the free people in general and whose information should not be taken into consideration.
On the other hand, the period of time that the US Treasury had considered as one of the reasons for the case was the time during which the state and all its institutions were taken over, especially the National and Political Security organizations. These are two bodies that are no longer part of the legitimate state’s organizations. The Houthimilitias and the supporters of ousted president Salehcontrol both organizations, so their information must not be taken into consideration whatever they are, especially after President AbdRabboMansour Hadi has made decisions and important changes in the leaderships of the two organs, and the appointees are unable to perform their work in those organs with full responsibility, and the state is standing at the same distance from all parties in the country.
The United States has a long history in fabricating false accusations against Yemenis and non-Yemenis oversupportingterrorism and then it falls into the circle of lies and the defendants become innocent of these charges against them.

Fabricating charges
At the end of 2001, the United States accused Sheikh Mohammed al-Moayad of supporting terrorism because he runs a charitable organization that supports the Palestinian citizens. They took pictures of him in Yemeni weddings next to the bridegrooms, who usually adorn the wedding swords, as Yemenis used to do in the weddings, as an evidence of his support for terrorism. The charges against him in US courts were launched in 2008 after his arrest in Germany for six years.
The same charges were brought by the US Administration against journalists in Al-Jazeera TV channelTayseerAlouni and Sami al-Hajj and thenthe court proved their innocence of those charges, which put the United States and its intelligence services in embarrassing positions and they were accused of falsehood and non-neutrality.
These people were not the only victims of the American saboteurs and their agents in the Arab world. They fabricated the false accusation against Iraq and its President Saddam Hussein, of possessing weapons of mass destruction. Theinvasion of Iraq took place and at least one million Iraqi peoplewere killed until now. After that the US officials admittedwith cold nerves that the intelligence were wrong.
The frequented US administrations did not stop fabricating misleading intelligence against Yemenis until the moment. Since 2001 and 2016, the US Drones have killed hundreds of Yemenis on false charges and killed innocent people, including wedding processions, which were allegedly reported as processions of Al-Qaeda. Many issues were raised against it and it secretly negotiated for compensations to many Yemeni families due to those misleading intelligence.
The Targeting
The American agencies target the strong Yemeni personalities who struggle and stand against the Houthi coup project and the wing of the ousted Saleh. This confirms that there is coordination between the two sides in supporting the coup against the state and the Yemeni legitimacy and that the United States of America provides with all support for the coup gangs, starting with a political support in international forums and thwarting any call to classify Houthis as a terrorist group despite the apparent hostility of the group against the Americans, but the secret intentions say exactly the opposite as the United States supports the Houthis at the level of civil society organizations and coordinates positions between them and obstructs the legitimacy’s military decisiveness. It rescues the Houthis in every predicament they reach. It declared that the liberation of Aden is a red line, and stopped the legitimate forces on the former borders and made the liberation of Taiza red line, according to various leaks in this regard.
There is coordination between Americans and Houthis at different levels. Before the Houthis invaded Sana’a, the US Embassy in Sana'a left Sana’a and handed over all its modern equipment to the Houthis, who used these devices in eavesdropping and coordination against the government and the legitimacy and its personalities, let alone the meetings between the two sides that were held at the US Embassy before the invasion. And after the invasion, the meetings with US Secretary of State John Kerry, who has the famous points in the project of Ismail Ould Sheikh against the legitimacy, he met them in Oman more than three times.
The Cell of Hassan Zaid
The so-called Houthi “Hassan Zaid’s cell,” which acts as a spy network in Yemen against the state,the national figures and the Joint Meeting Parties, aroused to the surface, especially in the areas of Al-Jawf, Marib and Al-Baydha. This cell, along with Hassan Zaid, includes other Houthi activists who are known for running some civil society organizations such as Amal al-Basha and Nazeehal-Imad, and others, the matter which explains the accusation against Sheikh Al-Hassan Abkarof supporting al-Qaeda. This accusation came after the cell was revealed in a letter from US Ambassador to Yemen Matthew Tueller to US Assistant Secretary of State, in which he explained the detailed information on the region of Saba, its military equipment, the number of the army personnel and military commanders and the active figures of the region. TheUS Treasury’s decision of charges against Brigadier Al-Hassan Abkar and Al-Ahdalcame only two months after the disclosure of the letter.
Returning to the movements and statements of Brigadier Akbar, the man was the first to stand against the various terrorist groups. He accused the oustedSaleh of harboring al-Qaeda and other groups and establishing, controlling and manipulating them against his political opponents. When Al-Hassan Abkar defended Al-Jawfagainst those terrorist groups he was mandated by the legitimacy and the state. And when he defeated the Houthis in 2012, he called the state, the presidency and the legitimacy to take over the province and make peace in it according to the law and constitution. If he is supporter of al-Qaeda, as America says, he would have not handed over Al-Jawf to the state and he would have taken control of it to the last thump.
In many of his meetings and political speeches, he often calls for the disarmament and the referring to the state’s institutions and the legitimacy, not to violence and reprisal against the opponents.Even when he stood on the ruins of his house, which the Houthisblew up, he called for peace and non-revenge and reciprocity. He sacrificed his sons, relatives and funds in the defense of the revolution, the Republic, the state and the province of Al-Jawf. He did not blow up a house, did not kill a prisoner, did not show any sign of retaliation, and he was able to do so, but he preferred that the Yemenis reconcile and challenge their modern statehood and civilization.
In summary, the US adoption of intelligence reports from people,who are involved in the coup andwho are opponents of the legitimacy and pro-legitimacy army commanders, are false accusations and false reports in the earth and heaven laws as those reports are malicious and do not live up to the level of evidence.
They are also not politically reliable since they were supported and leaked from the coup parties in light of the breakdown of the various organs of the state, which should coordinate with similar bodies in the international community. This issue will be just like previous ones that exposed and embarrassed America before the judiciary and the international community.
